With a rare combination of technical expertise and people-centered leadership, Vanita Simbhooo-Maharaj, the founder of VanSim Agency Ltd. brings a distinctive and powerful approach to professional and organizational development. With a background in Engineering, she built her early career in one of the most demanding industries, mastering problem-solving, analytical thinking, and operational excellence.

Her journey later expanded into Operations Management and Consultancy, where she worked closely with teams and organizations to optimize processes, streamline operations, and drive sustainable business growth. This hands-on experience gave her deep insight into what makes teams and businesses thrive beyond just numbers — it’s about people, culture, and leadership.

Fuelled by a passion for empowering individuals, she transitioned into the field of Success Coaching, where she worked as a Senior Success Coach supporting professionals and teams across various industries worldwide. Through coaching, she unlocked the potential in others by blending strategy, mindset, and practical tools to drive personal and professional growth.

Today, through VanSim Agency Ltd., she combines all these strengths — technical expertise, operational know-how, and coaching mastery — to deliver personalized recruitment, coaching, and talent development services.
